At Focus Force Milwaukee, we provide job experience and training services to help individuals find and qualify for meaningful employment. Our program also assists employers in finding skilled workers to compete and succeed. We offer career opportunities in the energy efficiency industry, including Building Automation, HVAC, Energy Audits, Air Sealing, and Insulation.

Program Eligibility
- Ages 18-55
- Milwaukee County resident
- Valid WI ID (driver's license preferred) and Social Security Card
- Displaced worker (unemployed for four weeks or more) or underemployed
