Today’s hero is long overdue and a triple threat in regards to what he does for our community! If you’re unfamiliar with him, we wanted to share a little bit about Branden Joseph.

Today’s hero of the week is an incredible idea that we want to see gain more traction in 2021! Today we want to shout out the amazing work of the Fresh Food Access Council!

Every Friday we love sharing stories of the heroes who make our community successful. The number of people who give their time, money, or skills to help thousands of folks in Northwest Milwaukee who are in need of a helping hand is beyond inspiring.

Today’s Hero of the Week is a true Super Hero in our community and this recognition is long overdue! Today we want to thank our amazing partners, United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County for a handful of reasons!

This is Lynda Kohler, President and CEO of SHARP Literacy. SHARP partners with educators to foster a love of learning and brighten children’s futures through innovative STEAM-based experiential programs.

It’s been said, “It’s hard to forget someone who gave so much to remember.” That’s why Kaylin Jones will never be forgot. We all lost a true hero last week. We wanted to take a moment to share a bit about an incredible person whose impact will forever live on. 

This is Tony Williams, Supervisor of Security and Director of Basketball here at the SSNC. Tony is one of those people we really could highlight each and every week. We wanted to share a bit about him and his program as it restarted recently.

This is Nicole Pryor, Behavioral Healthcare Manager for the last two years at the UWM College of Nursing Wellness Center here at the SSNC.
