It's time... for the SSNC... HERO OF THE WEEK!

This week, the Hero of the Week goes to the essential workers keeping Milwaukee running during these uncertain times.

While we generally focus on Northwest Milwaukee, in a crisis like this we are all in it together. Our Community of Success is connected to everyone else and vice versa. We at the SSNC just want to thank those who are keeping Milwaukee moving.

Grocery store employees… Delivery drivers… Pharmacies… Gas station attendants… Sanitation workers… Trade workers… Food banks... Anyone who is doing their part to keep the critical infrastructure alive, we just wanted to take a moment to thank you.

We also wanted to specifically thank the healthcare workers and first responders of Milwaukee. The SSNC is very lucky to have an amazing partnership with the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee’s Nursing Program. We’ve seen first hand how many incredible people work to make the world a healthier place. In times like this, they truly are on the front line and we want to salute their courage. To the doctors, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, and others; thank you.

Thank you all for your courage. We will make it through this.
